Crafting a brand voice for Skin by HC
Skin by HC is a startup wellness brand. The brand needed a strong brand personality, content strategy, and voice and tone guidelines. With no existing guidelines, I worked directly with the founder to build the brand’s tone, style, and messaging from scratch. We focused on creating an easygoing, sophisticated, and educational brand voice, highlighting global wellness practices.
Case Studies
Tech stack education made easy
TechWarriors is a UK startup offering tech education for businesses. Their strategic goal was to establish the organization as a thought leader. TechWarriors also needed to expand its educational content library. I led the creation of the content strategy and content plan, as well as wrote scripts, directed voice-over, and led teams in the creation of 200+ short-form educational videos, and developed corporate onboarding materials.
Building visibility for changemakers
At No. 29 Communications, a PR firm, I worked as an Account Manager/Strategist. In this role, I secured top-tier media placements for sustainability-focused clients like Rothy’s and ReFED, as well as strengthened No 29’s brand awareness and share of voice in the marketplace. My role included content strategy, pitching. and copyediting articles for major media outlets. I also created award applications that led to wins with Fast Company and Good Housekeeping.
