The need
TechWarriors is a UK-based startup that provides businesses with company-wide tech education.
TechWarriors needed to expand its brand awareness, reach, and reputation as a thought leader. In addition to its brand goals, it also had a tactical goal of increasing its library of educational content.
The solution
I worked with a small team where I lead the creation of blog posts targeted at a C-suite audience, using an approachable, compassionate, and clear brand voice. These posts made evidence-based arguments for the value of tech training and fleshed out best practices for onboarding and upskilling employees.
In addition, I co-led the development of a library of over 200 short-form educational videos covering tools like Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Suite. This work included scripting, video creation, voiceover, and editing of content that provided businesses with fast, effective onboarding materials designed to meet the unique needs of their workplace.
